Welcome to our chat room. This is a multi-purpose venue, used to host our classes, workshops, chats and other events. The rest of the time it serves to tie our community together. It allows clients to keep touch with Diar, Fyre and each other. It also allows new visitors to integrate into the site's community and to see, first-hand, how we work.

Readings given in the Chat Room are informal and their length is at our discretion. This is not a paid service. It is, rather, an opportunity for us to give something back, and to be there for you, the users. Please do not abuse the service.

There is no reading list. This is not a first come first serve room. Rather those who have not been read recently will be given precedence over members who are coming and being read every session. New users will also be given preference, again at our discretion.

Feel free to hang out in the room and converse with each other at any time of the day. But there is no advantage to coming and sitting in the room just to be first in line for a reading. It just does not work that way.

Please be civil and considerate of each other and of the reader. Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. Allowances are made for those of you who may be having a bad day -- but only to a point. Please take your aggression elsewhere. Go for a walk, take a hot bath, or vent in a more appropriate manner. A set of darts and a picture of the politician of your choice is recommended.

There are few formal rules but we ask that you obey them. Keep it clean. You never know who's reading the chat over someone else's shoulder. We are not going to censor the chat, nor dictate what is appropriate language. However, it would be wise to limit 'adult conversation' when new members are visiting. The most appropriate place for such comments would be a chat party purchased for you and your friends.

Above all try to have fun. Enter with mirth and joy, humour and reverence, peace and understanding. We can support and encourage each other, and in so doing we may help each other grow.
